We share your data with your consent or as necessary for processing (to complete any transaction or provide any product & Product support) you have requested or authorized. You can control your data that DataposIT has obtained and exercise your data protection rights by contacting us through the communication channels that we provide. This control is also extended to the right to opt out of any advertising activities that you are currently subjected to as a result of you sharing your contact data.

DataposIT will not be held liable in any kind, whether express or implied, with regard to any third-party data collection, data processing, data sharing, data storage and data security. Agreements entered into with vendors in a Third party nature will cover the data privacy and security of the data collected, shared, and processed within the confines of the said agreement.
