Mounted on silicon pads, this board is steady to work on, easy to lift off the kitchen bench and the clearance ensures that it will dry evenly when washed or wiped down plus the board comes with full care instructions. All existing Huon Pine forests are protected and the Huon Pine used in these boards comes from salvaged logs from forest floors,
